The vendor shipped the product as promised without any delays. They provided excellent customer service by sending an email with all the shipping details. I would most definitely use them again, as well as recommend to all my family members and friends.

The bluetooth worked beautifully with my Samsung cell phone and was easy to link. Definitely worth the money.

I thought it would be nice to have a hands free option when using my phone but found that I am not important enough to have this device dangling from my ear. It worked well for the brief time that I used it but I don’t take that many calls where I need my hands free. Now I just pull off the road to take a call or let it go to voice mail until it is more convenient to return the call.

I have had this for over and year and I am very happy with it. It is very comfortable and has a clear signal. I have used it with a Samsung and a Motorola cell phone. The battery life is good and I have had absolutely no problems with it. It pairs easily with new devices. It is a bit larger than some bluetooth headsets, but I actually like that. It is easy to find it in my purse! I recommend this product.

For the price you pay, the sound quality is pretty good– calls are clear, though some callers on the other side said they heard an echo.
I don’t remember if there was a substantial manual included with this, but there were a few occasions where I pressed one of the buttons while I was adjusting the headset and accidentally redialed a previous number. Usually, this wasn’t a huge deal, but it could lead to a small panic situation on the road. Other than that, usage was brain-dead simple: turn on phone/headset, access phone’s bluetooth settings, pair up, done.
The battery charge is adequate, though to be honest I never bothered to measure how long it lasted. While the headset takes mini-USB connectors, I don’t know whether any old USB cable or socket will do, as some Motorola devices (like the K1R) require Motorola chargers… or hacked cables.
The ear loop was so-so, and the weakest part of the device, in my opinion. It tended to be loose on my ear, and there wasn’t much in the way of adjustment– I ended up tucking it behind the temple of my glasses. Additionally, after a few months’ worth of heavy usage, the plastic hinge failed. I suppose some epoxy putty would have fixed the broken hinge, but the headset later ended up in the wash when I forgot it in the pocket of my khakis. If I got this again, I would be much more careful with the ear loop.
