The “Twist-to-Fit” concept would be nice – if it worked. Try as I might, I simply could not get the earphones to stay put in my ears. My ears are now raw from trying with each of the three provided earpieces. Sad to say, I never did get to listen to them. What good are earphones that will not fit?
I would have given this product a ZERO, but the rating system only goes as low as 1.

I think the wireless earphones concept is great but this product in particular is far from reaching the greatness of the concept.
If you want to buy these please consider the following,
1) When you go jogging/running, you’ll experience discomfort since the music you are listening will be constantly interrupted, you won’t hear more than 1 second of music…………….unless you grab the ipod upside down and continue jogging/running like this the entire distance. You’ll have to agree this is a nuisance. In case you’re wondering “maybe the Ipod is the problem”, well I asked myself the same question and I proved that the Ipod worked ok during several jogging/running exercises with wired headphones.
2) The earphones are a little too big for the ears, so after a while your ears might begin to hurt or just be uncomfortable.
Not all is lost for this product:
3) the charger concept is pretty cool. you can charge the earphones 1 time without connecting them to a power outlet, (besides the normal charge, this means 2 charges for the price of one charge!) great for trips!
4) Stylish, great for walking on a shopping mall
5) Wireless rules
I would recommend the Logitech earphones. Not as flashy or glamour-y , but functional and price rational.
Cheers….

1) dock the earphones into the charging station
2) turn the transmitter off
3) remove the earphones and immediately press and hold the receiver’s button for 7 seconds…the LED will blink blue rapidly (about 2x per second)
4) then, press and hold the transmitter’s button for approximately 7 seconds…the LED will blink blue rapidly (about 2x per second)
5) after a few seconds, the blinking lights will synchronize and then turn off
6) the unit should be functional, as the earphones and transmitter are now “associated”

I have a small ear but I found using the largest size ear adapter makes for a snug fit. The sound is fantastic !
The only problem I have, the signal is interrupted, if any thing gets in the way. Works in a shirt pocket but not in my back pack.

Less than month ,Battery was getting die about 2 hour….
I sent unit to Sennheiser Canada to check my unit.
About tree weeks I didn’t get any response or confirmation from them.
Then I called them, They sail “it is just battery, I placed order new battery”
Another three weeks, no response….
Then I called again, They said” I am still waiting battery from Germany and don’t know
how long it takes”
Guy was not friendly at all….
It is getting almost 2 month to replace battery.
It seems good service in US but Canada.
I already got new headphone of course not Sennheiser.
