Pros:
1)Great sound quality
2)bluetooth works flawlessly
3)earbuds provided the adjustable noise cancellation I desired
Cons:
1) range, although far enough, was not quite as far as my bluetooth insignia headset which costed $20
2) that delicate pin that attaches unit to shirt, it’s so fragile, and I know it would break if I wasn’t careful,
not a big deal if you can find ways to modify it.
3) I wish I could charge it on my USB and at the same time use it, when you charge it, it stops playing audio, my insignia could be charged and would still play audio at the same time.

I bought a pair of these about 3 months ago. My main reason for buying a wireless headset was because I ride my bicycle every day and I always break regular earphones right at the connection to the listening devise and I was sick of replacing my earphones so often. with these I can move my player to my backpack and still have control at my fingertips.
The range is great, at work I can leave my player in one room and I still get signal 30-40 feet away through walls and even a concrete ceiling. The wireless headset is excellent while riding around the city.
I was really happy with them and then I broke the clip that attaches the control unit to your clothing. Sony does not sell a replacement clip. They offered an exchange but I do not have the original receipt any more and that is required for an exchange. I now own a really nice pair of useless headphones. Potential buyers beware, if you are rough on your stuff these are not the headphones for you.

As a classical musician, I found this earbud’s sound range not suitable for high range. The high notes range sound very restricted and narrowed. The base is very heavy and sometimes overshadow the high range. The technology is very nice though. I love the freedom of not having to connect the wire to my phone. Overall, excellent appearance, outside design, fantastic technology; the draw-back and the biggest reason to consider before buying: really narrow and restricted high range notes

The unit is ideal for airports, wi-fi cafes and the gym. Unit can be several feet from transmitting device. Sound is good; not as good as a wired headset; however it is nice not having to worry about wires. Would definetly buy again.

I’ve been waiting for these Sony headsets for a long time, and when I got it working, it was great. The sound was amazing and the headset is very lightweight/confortable. I’m using it with a iphone 3g, and when you use it with your iphone out, or plugged into a power outlet it works great. (best if you work in front of a computer and don’t want that cable drooping over your keyboard.) When you take your phone and put it in your pocket or bag, however, that’s when the headset fails. When the phone goes into sleep mode, the music starts to cut in/out. Also the song start/stop and volume controls work, but song advance/back doesn’t work. Even the double/triple clicking doesn’t work. (A2DP not working correctly on iphone?)
Overall a good headset, but not fully working with my 3G phone. (You will need to upgrade your os on iphone 3G to access the limited functions)
