All in all, this is a pretty terrible product. Immediately after I got them, they came out of the box with the right earphone casing separated from the speaker – not a good sign.
The wires seem to be covered in a harder plastic than any other headphones I’ve used, so the weird shapes wires inevitably contort themselves to are just that much harder to straighten out, all the more frustrating when it comes to the wire that goes around your neck.
The wires started to come loose from the left headphone, so I had to open it up, wrap them around the speaker magnet, and then tape them back into place.
The plug failed and started making everything sound like a robot from a 50′s TV show, so I had to splice in another, better manufacture plug onto it.
Buzzing…so much buzzing. If the sound tunes into a certain frequency that the headphones don’t like, they’ll uncontrollably and annoyingly buzz.
There are protruding plastic seams around the ear clip that could agitate you if you don’t take some 240 grit to it. That may seem like nitpicking, but it all adds up to the myriad of examples of poor productitude. The sound quality, however, isn’t bad.
