I doubt the fan would have the strength to effectively move the heat. A ceiling fan or oscillating fan may be more practical.

I bought these ear pieces because of the regular ear buds fall from my ears at inopportune times. I like to mountain bike & wear an iPod Nano. These buds cling to the ears, never falling off & they sound good. Also, they are durable, outlasting my usual ear buds. There is plenty of lead too.

I'm having to revise my initial review as I received two of these kits and both let me down. The first one stopped working after 30mins, so I ordered a replacement. The second unit was DOA. The mic and headset are salvageable, but the wireless components (transmitter and receiver) are not. What a waste of money.

If you are lucky enough to get a working unit it will work out of the box, but having had 2 units and 100% failure rate I'm staying away.

The kit comes in it's own carry case, so it's very portable. It's made in China, the workmanship reflects that. It's not shoddy, ( though the receiver jack is sitting at a slightly off-center angle! ) but it won't stand up to "excessive wear and tear".

Two things worth mentioning:
The lapel clip does not swivel and removing the wire to turn the clip around could damage the wire as it's in quite tight.

The headset is for left ear only as the mic only moves in one direction. (I prefer the ear pad sitting on my right ear, but I can live with it on my left!)

Receiver with audio jack adapter
Transmitter (with belt clip)
Single ear/mic headset
Lavalier/lapel mic with clip
1 x AAA and 1 x 9V Battery

This wireless microphone designed for in the room use, because I tried it out both indoor and out door, inside the rooem without any wall seperating it work perfect for the rang within 80 feet. The receive must connect to a P.A. systms microphone input to replace your regular microphone, you cannot just connect to a speaker, because the microphone is not amplified. Fot the money you pay, it is a valued device.

i was actually surprised by the good quality i got off this low-priced set. as long as i stayed within range, the audio quality was great! pretty easy to use too.
